The aim of this project is to provide a solution to Zero Packaging Shopping by making the process easier and more appealing to the consumer. The product must make the process accessible to newZero Packaging Shopper whilst improving the current process for existing Zero Packaging Shopper.The environment and sustainability aspects are the core focuses of the project. After only four uses,ERO will have reduced your carbon footprint more than conventional single-use plastic packaging.Phase one increases Zero Waste participation through designing user-focused containers, reducing the pain-points of the process. Phase two develops in-store service design in order to reduce touch points for the user, cutting down time spent collecting produce. Phase three aims to progressZero Waste shopping to include delivery services through carbon-neutral vehicles, increasing accessibility for users.
